This fire engine skin is inspired by Webster County Fire Department , Texas. It's not a lore-friendly version, hints the reason why I say inspired rather than based. 
 
I do have a ladder truck that has the same skin I'm gonna skin the entire pierce pack by Medic4523 before I release that unless people like this and saw the screenshots and would like to use them. For those of you who liked the screenshots and any other downloads I have and screenshots thank you, hope you enjoy.

GEORGIA LAW ENFORCEMENT PACK
This is a pack of different agencies I've made over the years that I've decided to release. Please note a couple things; For one, I'm not a texture expert or am interested in being a modding expert, so no these aren't the most high definition textures ever, or the most perfectly made. To that end, some of them have been changed to the lore of San Andreas, some depict their real life names, again, these were previously just for my personal use. I just thought someone else who may not be able to do what little I can do might get some enjoyment out of these unique skins. With all that said, I hope you enjoy these, and if you don't, hey that's okay too.
 
As you may notice from the screenshots, I have a predisposition to models by Gump as his models best epitomize how southern agencies outfit their vehicles so I highly suggest you pair these skins with his models.

This is a real life skin of the Hawai'i State Sheriffs Ford Expedition, AKA Department of Public Safety. This is one of a few skins that I will be making for the Sheriff's Department.
 
Installation:
1. Open OpenIV
2. Navigate to your vehicles folder where you installed all of your addon vehicle. My location is  Mods/Update/X64/Dlcpacks/Patchday22ng/Dlc.rpf/X64/Levels/gta5/Vehicles.rpf/
3. Click on edit mode twice and select yes
4. Open your sheriff.ytd file and scroll down to exped_sign_4 and click on it
5. Click on replace and find my skin that you downloaded and select open
6. Save OpenIV and open game

To install the CarVariations line, all you have to do is go to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data
Add what i put in the carvar.txt to the end of your carvariations.
If you dont have patch day 9 in your mods folder, then just copy it from the base files

-To remove the ambers from the vehicle, all you have to do is open the .ytd and replace emerglights.png
-I have attempted to make it so that AI vehicles spawn with a lightbar, but its not perfect
-All the files you need for installing the vehicle, reskinning it, etc... are in the

Thanks for checking out my dash cam presets. I decided it would be fun and immersive for my YouTube video's to reposition the dash cam positions from Dashcam V so that they were displaying from where the camera model is mounted in vehicles that have them.  The viewpoint is positioned directly in front of the mounted camera and moved forward just far enough to get it outside the glass to avoid odd texture effects. 
 
This is not a comprehensive list, it is only vehicles I have used in my videos. I will continue to expand this. I also included my default positions for cars that don't have cameras modeled.  This download will include the X, Y and Z positions for the vehicles supported, as well as a list of supported vehicles and links to those vehicles. 

If there are vehicles/packs you'd like done, and you don't wanna follow the easy tutorial below, lemme know and I'll probably make it happen for you!

Description
This mod adds police vests, belts, and other equipment to GTA V.
Features
The vests fit properly with various outfits! No awkward gaps or improper sizing!
Realistic gear such as earpieces and realistic vests!

Installation
First, install EUP.
To use the new vests, you must install this mod too.
 
It is strongly recommended to back up the original files before installation!
Open the File folder.
Using OpenIV, navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf
Open the corresponding folder (e.g., vest, earpiece, etc.), and place the folder (e.g., mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood) that contains the files you want to use.
In-game, change the TASK category.
If your character’s vest (or other item) has changed to the one you installed, the installation was successful.
If installed correctly, the added folders should look like this:

Some liveries have different logo than others: I used to put a fox head on there as my logo, but I do have an actual logo now.
I´m too lazy to replace the old ones, but shh~
