Well, I originally did this pack around 9 months ago but couldn't release it for a few reasons. Luckily I didn't, it allowed me to get a little better and take another look at it and completely redo it. I think the final product is spot on to Florence County. The pack includes their current graphics package with HEAT and Target Zero. It also has their older graphics package for the 2010 Charger and CVPI. However, I did not include their "interim" design as its identical to their current package but just has a black line instead of green or roof numbers which are only on minority of cars. I will gladly add it if requested!

This Livery Pack includes 3 Livery's per vehicle, the livery's that these vehicles are fitted to are the following:

This pack doesn't conclude the vehicle files for the livery's included in the pack. You are free to convert these livery's but you are required to give the creator of the vehicle and myself credit if adding them to a public or whitelisted server. 
These are the first livery's that i have made from scratch so any recommendations that i can add or any changes that i should do, please let me know. If you have any questions about the livery's or anything in general my discord is found below.

After a long time working on this car, I have finally got it to a point that I liked it enough to release. I originally released a small mini-pack based off of Myrtle Beach Police's older CVPI's and they seemed to be well liked enough for me to decide on making a Myrtle Beach Police mega pack. However, due to time restraints and me being a perfectionist this will be a long time before completion. So, while I continue to work on the pack I figured to release the first finished car for everyone to enjoy. 
It is as close as I could get to Myrtle Beach Police's older vics. The livery is non-lore, this is to make it as realistic as possible. If there are enough requests I will gladly give lore-friendly textures in the download. The cars feature all blue lights, reflective liveries, and realistic lighting patterns (as close as ELS will allow that is). 
I really hope you enjoy this car and if there are any bugs, suggestions, or anything please feel free to comment or send me a message.

Hello ladies and gentlemen of FR, We've gathered here today for yet another release by yours truly. Please note, as I have said in previous uploads and on discord. You may not upload, rip or do any major edits without my permission. Changing light colors is fine.
Do note that I mod for myself, meaning, I do stuff the way I think looks good. If it's sized wrong/weird, you don't like it, it is simple, Don't download it. Again, I mod for myself and do what I like. I do work and have a life outside of GTA so making and releasing packs are not a priority for me but I will release stuff when I feel it should be released. So with that being said, Enjoy today's release! 
I got bored and decided to just release it instead of deleting it like I do most of my projects. Enjoy. No, I won't make it non-els and this is fine so ta-da. Replace in whatever DLC pack you use, everyone does it different. Please have common knowledge because I'm not gonna help you install stuff. Google is a wonderful thing to learn how to do stuff like that.

Hello! This is my first addon ive uploaded. Ive decided to make realistic Indiana plates (Based on the Miami County area). There are 6 plates in this pack which replaces all the default plates. The fonts are correctly sized because of the carcols file.  If you do not add the carcols file the plates will not look good. So please do install both files

You can download either file, the first one has custom plate names and the second one is just default plate names.
 
Includes a 2017-Present plate, a 2013-2016 plate, a 2008-2012 plate, a 1979  plate, a Indiana Sheriff plate (no badges on the license plate due to many sheriffs offices), and a Indiana Police plate (no badges on the license plate due to many police departments)

Install the carcols file to:  mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data. And then just drag it in there to replace it

Install the vehshare file to: mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. And then just drag the vehshare file into there

About the Car
 
 Special thanks to @Raylan Givens for helping me out with the vehicle's interior/console and support along the way from him and many others.  @Donte Locklear Thanks for helping me out with zmodeler for 2 years and for the support as well. @xCashHerosx @FTW Flamez
 
The charger is based off of West Union Police, Oconee County, SC. Due to many attempts to get the FPIU to work correctly when installing the interior I cancelled that and chose a Tahoe, that too is have an STR Failure 3 crash, after remaking the interior entirely, so for now this will be a standalone vehicle release, in the future when I get the Tahoe to work correctly it will be added to this pack and released, possibly unmarked as well. 
 
Apologize in advance if I forgot credits or made a mistake to who credit is due for a piece of equipment on this vehicle. 
 
For hubcaps and many other wheels you can use the amazing pack for time being.

Note regarding Medic4523's vehicles: As his vehicles don't support 4K textures, I have only included 2K textures for them. All the other vehicles have a 4K and 2K option.

2 - Use in FiveM/FivePD is permitted, just so long as you ask me for permission first.
3 - You may only edit the textures for personal use, DO NOT REUPLOAD any part of my textures.

Vehicle: 2016 Dodge Charger
 
This skin is not based on any real life department or entity, it was created as a specialty patrol car for the Vinewood strip. 
 
Install instructions are in the readme, I have included an ELS model in order to assist with the install. I take no responsibility for the model as it is not mine and I am currently searching for the owner to properly cite. 
 
I am open to suggestions on future skins as well as suggestions to make this skin better.

Here is the brand new graphics package for Tulsa Police made for GTA. There is currently model with the Soundoff Nforce for the 2020 so I went with the Liberty instead because it was already in my game and its a nice model as well.

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb 
 
Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

This is a simple Blaine County Sheriff's Office livery that I came up with because I wanted something with grey and orange in it. Like my LSPD pack, this was made using Redneck's Whelen cars but the templates are pretty common and used on a lot of other, publicly released vehicles. The only exception to that is the 17 Tahoe, and I intend on updating this in the next few days with a more common Tahoe template (probably Dan's again). If there are any other vehicles you would like to see added, feel free to comment or DM me and I may add them.
