This would not have turned out nearly to how I wanted it without the help of @Medicmojo. Medicmojo did a fantastic stand up job on helping design the LSCSO Patch, making it almost a direct copy from the real life counterpart... With a little hidden easter egg within. IMPORTANT
I am aware of the issue with my design covering the license plate spot. Truth be told, its been a little difficult to find a license plate design that fits the models that different creators make. I will be experimenting some and trying to sort this out for you ASAP. edited 5/31/24

Note: For all blue ELS, you must extract the ELS textures from the vehicle's YTD and edit them using software such as paint.net, gimp or photoshop or anything similar. To edit the VCF to emit blue light; Locate your files, open it and search for <Extra01 IsElsControlled="true" AllowEnvLight="true" Color="blue" OffsetX="-0.70" OffsetY="-0.20" OffsetZ="0.50" />". Switch the ones showing Color = "Red" to Color = "Blue.

This is a small livery pack of EPPD cars. Thanks for checking them out!

This is my first time making vehicle skins and I haven't seen anyone make Kenosha PD or Sheriff Liveries, so I decided to try it out. It's not 100% accurate but I'm satisfied with how they turned out.
 
Vehicles used:
'13 FPIU (ZZ Studio Template)
'16 FPIU (Kane104 Template)
'18 FPIS (GM Template)
'18 F150 (GM Template)
 
I labeled and included the templates in the file. Any vehicle using the templates listed works with these liveries.
 
I mainly used Trooper 18's Plymouth Pack, except for the 2020 FPIU, but the lighting scheme is very similar to Kenosha Sheriff's.
 
It doesn't matter how you use the skins or if you modify them, just please give me credit.
Don't claim as your own or reupload.

Yes this is in the livery/texture pack I uploaded awhile ago, but the livery needed to be updated so here it is.
 
Please note: Any updates liveries will be uploaded separately like what I did with this Camry.

- While I want 100% accuracy on the livery itself, I wasn't always able to find a good enough reference photo so some livery details may not be exactly 100% matching up.
- While I tried to match the vehicles to what the NZ Police uses or have used. I can't guarantee that these vehicles are exact matches in regards to model year, equipment, lighting. Most of the vehicles I used are indeed Australian police models.
- If there is another vehicle/pack that you want the liveries to work with, please let me know in the comments or by a direct message over Discord or Instagram - I am sure we can work something out.  Or, if you are able, go ahead and rework the livery to another template yourself to use - but, for use in your game only, please don't repost and claim the work as your own.
- Feel free to share photos or use in videos just give credit back to me so that people know who the creator was.
- Please do not repost/upload or claim the liveries and work as your own, on this or any other site. It took me hours to create this pack and hours to create all of these liveries so don't be a dickhead.

Virginia State Police Pack
Hello to all! This pack has been in the making for a long time for some reason. I happy to say that it is finally done. I'm at a point where I'm comfortable to release it. To my knowledge, this pack has been made with the most accuracy this site has seen when it comes to VSP vehicles. These models are made with with the highest quality parts from some amazing devs, and assembled by me of course. These models are very close to the real deal, however, may lack minor details that would be accurate to the real life courter parts. Lastly, this pack does include the option to use in-game paint colors for the vehicle base color. This allows for a more accurate base color, and makes the vehicles look a lot better. Special thanks to Eclipse  for the reference photos that were provided.

I am back again! This is my third livery pack on LSPDFR, and again the culmination of about a month of on and off work. I have finally reached a place where I am satisfied with the pack, so I hope you enjoy! Just a notice for some, I am not a professional, nor well equipped designer. I work entirely using GIMP and with decals and logos I can find online, so don't get your expectations too high.  
A bit about the pack, first of all. This pack is heavily based on Virginia law enforcement agencies, particularly based on the Richmond Police Department, Henrico County Sheriff's Office, and Virginia State Police. Additionally, it uses vanilla mapped vehicles by some wonderful mod authors. With this being said, they are non-ELS, and any lighting changes do require some carcols.ymt and carvariations.ymt changes. I highly, highly recommend using the LiveLights mod by PNWParksFan to help you make any lighting changes.  
So, what can you expect with this pack?
 
This pack includes 19 liveries from the LSPD, BCSO, SAHP, and BCFD, including:

Frequently Asked Questions
 
Q: How do I install these textures? A: I have included both written and visual instructions to show how to install them. Beyond that, I would recommend looking up some YouTube tutorials for more general instructions.  
Q: I want the lights like in your screenshots. How do I get them? A: The lighting textures are included in the "Misc. Textures" folder. However, this requires some data file editing. See above, or the readme, for more information.  
Q: Will you be updating this pack? A: Maybe. I do not plan on adding any new vehicles as of now, but I may be amenable to providing special text edits (K-9, SWAT, etc.) for certain vehicles.  
Q: Will you make a texture for [INSERT VEHICLE HERE]? A: Probably not, but I might if you ask nicely 

These are the Pinellas County Sheriff textures for 2023 Tahoe Sheriff Pack Upgrades, 2019 Tahoe from LSPD Legacy by Ripple, and a 2011 Crown Victoria.
*** The 2023 Tahoe textures include the CRIME STOPPERS bumper sticker and the circular Sheriffs Association sticker that are seen when I GOOGLED their pics.
