When i try to start Gta 4, it either crashes instantly or it loads but the graphics are 800x600 when they are usually higher then that and ive tryed looking for a police station but i cant find any in game that have that little red or yellow circle in front of the door. This is a screen shot of the diagnostics tool after i used it on gta 4. HELP
