    These skins are based off a Philadelphia-surburb town in southern New Jersey - Haddon Township Police Department. I'm new to making skins and I'm aware they are not 100% perfect. I do however, hope that you enjoy as much as I enjoyed making them! I'm currently working on other skins for departments in NJ and hope to release a New Jersey mega skin pack in the near future.     I used all of the cars you used and applied your textures. Everything is setup fine, but the lights don't work. I have ELS but I didn't see VCF files to make it work with ELS. Could you please let me know how to fix the issue? Thanks!
