HI LSPD community, I have the LSPD mod downloaded and RageHook installed, so when I try to start up GTA, it starts reinstalling the WHOLE game, I found out the problem but I cant get a fix for it. SO basically whats happening is that my PlayGTAV.exe is being run in my "Grand Theft Auto V" folder but thats the ONLY file its running. So when I start the game, its not reading the contents in the Grand Theft Auto V folder so it starts downloading all the stuff outside the folder. My properties for GTA 5 is Start in: "D:\SteamLibrary\Grand Theft Auto V" and Target is "D:\SteamLibrary\Grand Theft Auto V\PlayGTAV.exe". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Update: to get my GTA 5 to run, I had to take all the contents of the GTA 5 folder I made and have them in my SteamLibrary. It wont run unless its out there and not in the folder.

Last update, I managed to have GTA up running again but the only problem is that I get an error with Ragehook where while it boots up with GTA, it says Insufficient Permissions or Bad anti-viruses. I am on windows 10 and disabled all the options on WIndows Defender. Not sure what to do at this point. Any suggetions will be very helpful. Thanks.

Okay an update, when I try to run GTA 5, I am assuming the path I have when launching GTA is not set correctly since its downloading files and not putting them in the Grand Theft Auto V folder I made. The current path that I had was "D:\SteamLibrary\Grand Theft Auto V\PlayGTAV.exe".

Yes. But I still have all the files in my folders.

Hello LSPD community, I was following the installation guide, everything went smooth until when I ran RageHook and it started to load GTA. For some reason I am installing GTA 5 again even though I already had it installed previously. Anyone know why? Thanks in advance Also while loading up RageHook, I did not have the popup that showed which files to Unblock.

Hi LSPDFR community, if I follow the Installation Guide on here, there is no chance of my account being banned correct? I have read many posts regarding that mods will get a user banned when trying to play online even though the mod is not in use. I also read that another step you can take is making two separate folders, 1 for modded GTA and 1 for online as an extra step to not be banned. I also have the hard copy of the game not the steam one, if that matters. Thanks!
