    Good afternoon I have tried to update RagePlugin following albos videos on youtube, when I run rageplugin I get all the green ticks then onto the next screen, I get "new back up cache format" click convert its starts to convert for about 15sec then comes up with windows solution saying it has stopped working Any ideas?
