  1. ELS Plugin Not Loading - Documentation Included

    Hi everyone, ELS has never loaded for me and I would love any help to fix this. LSPDFR works fine. Attachments show: 1. ELS pack location and xml file. 2. Location of ELS plugin, advanced hook and asi loader 3. LSPDFR loaded successfully - in game screenshot with police3 vehicle loaded successfully 4. Rage plugin hook location 5. ASI Loader log - ELS failed to load I've googled this extensively, so thanks in advance for any help!
