Hey thank you guys for the help! I got the game off Steam and I was placing the els files into a folder I thought was the root folder but it turned out Steam uses a different root file that I was able to identify using the diagnostic tool. Thanks a ton! Everything works like a camp!! :D

I'm new to modding and the community here so I hope I posted this in the right section. I've been working on this a few days and this is what I got: LCPD:FR works great, just after I install the 4 files that are ELS the game doesn't recognize that I have installed ELS. Meaning that the sirens work, just the lights don't. The vehicles I added are both ELS compatible, and the ELS files are dropped right into the directory. When in game and I press ~ button the command text says something like "// Using Luxart Emergency Lighting System: False". Thank you for any and all help! :)
