Is hotfix 2 out yet?

Hi so i have been having two persistent issues with LCPDFR: First backup units do not respond with their lights on (stock gta iv cars) and they do not attempt to chase a subject. Second during chases suspects ram into everything they see making chases short and unrealistic.

Thanks for the fast response but i fixed the problem, I was not running my game as administrator on win7.

So every time I try to arrest someone at gunpoint my game crashes to desktop.
