    i wound up reinstalling GTA 5 on steam and it updated to 1493 when finished. works great now!

    did you figure it out because I'm at a loss myself. I've tried finding patches on questionable sites, checked Rockstar, re dl'd lspdfr. I'm just a Dad trying to get some play time in not a wiz.
