Allow me to elaborate: Is there a mod that allows you to progress rank by rank as you take on calls and give out tickets? I feel like I saw a mod like this but I faintly remember it being outdated. It would allow for some fun single player progression, rising from the lowest rank to captain, with hunger and other things being included in the process. Thanks!

My suggestion for easy installation is to use the following: for 15 Hway patrol cars. For 2 good sheriff and FBI cars, sheriff/sheriff2 and fbi/fbi2 And this pack for police to like police7. I've gone away from packs like these because installing cars is incredibly easy. Take the time to learn an you'll appreciate it. EDIT: The packs above use .oiv installation. Its as simply as pressing a button in the OpenIV and it installs them for you. I'll help you with that if you need it.

Ladies and gentlemen, I suppose you have to add the dlc packs to the dlclist. I fixed the issue. I'm a bit silly.

Good afternoon guys! I've had a busy semester and just got back into playing some games before finals. However, after this most recent update, I can't spawn cars from addon packs anymore. The DLC packs were located in the update folder but only the update.rpf was changed in OpenIV. I tripled checked to make sure that all the addons had a vehicles.meta carvariations and model files. Yet, I still can't spawn them in game. It's as if the game doesn't see the cars there. For instance, I have HURK's Highway Patrol pack installed. I cannot spawn one of the cars via RagePluginHook console anymore when I could before. Any suggestions? Most all my cars are addons. The replacement cars work fine. I'm updated the gameconfig with no luck.

Good afternoon guys! So I've been trying to install t0y's Los Santos Police Department Mega Pack [ELS] 1.0.0 but I don't want it to replace my current sheriff/fbi cars. Rather, I would like to have police1-police11 or something like that. His install instructions require replace all the police/sheriff/fbi cars. I've attempted doing one car but I am all kinds of confused. (EDIT: I did look at the guide stickied in this forum but that didn't help me too much) If someone could assist me or even turn his pack into a big dlcpack (like with Captain 14's), I'd be very appreciate. I don't have much time to game or anything anymore which is why I ask if someone could do it for me. Otherwise, if someone could provide detailed instructions with this car pack to make them all addons instead of replacements, I'd be forever grateful! I could also provide a donation to someone that helps me! Thank you guys so much and god bless!

I like a lot of cars but I really prefer downloading packs that are .oiv files. Does anyone have a list of those? Thanks!

I feel like any callouts will make it more fun. I'm readily checking to see if there are new callouts every day.

This is surely a common problem but when I drive a car with ELS and extras, the extras flash on the car.. like if I had one of those FIB Buffalos, when I hit "J" which activates the lights, the front bumper thing flashes (not lights flashing, like the actual front fender thing flashes). If I hit J again, the front bumper and another Extra (like the camera thing) flashes too if I turn on the lights. Any idea what causes it?

Hey guys! I've had bad experiences trying to install cars myself so I was wondering if there are any more car packs I can use! I've got the LSPD Pack, FIB/Sheriff Pack, BSCO Pack, and the Highway Patrol pack too. I might have others. Anyways, I'm trying to see if there are any that I missed. I'd LOVE to see an undercover car pack (that's installed with .oiv) that doesn't replace anything, just adds to the game. Wouldn't it be so cool?? I'd also like to see a Firefighter/EMS pack that adds onto the game without replacing many cars. I'm all about themed car packs. It's a shot in the dark but the coolest mod ever would be one that turns any car you get into an undercover car! If there are any normal car packs out there that have around the same quality as normal GTA cars, I'd be so happy. I've installed several mega car packs in the past few days and every single one of them crashed my game within 10 minutes, and 8 hours of work trying to resolve it failed so I had to delete them. I've recently started using the mods on here and I've had such a blast! This community rocks! One more thing.. is there a military pack that adds to the first response mod? Say like you have to transport a terrorist as a Marine or something?? Idk, that sounds cool tho!
