  1. Should I run this with EFLC or normal GTA4?

    Like the topic said, should I use EFLC? Another question, how do they work? Should I run The Lost and Damned, or Gay Tony? Also do I get all the content from the entire series if I run it through EFLC? What are the benefits of using EFLC over GTA to run this mod?
