you spawn which ever slot you replaces teh cars in so its, police 1 2 3 4 sheriff and sheriff2 and fbi fbi2

Are you sure you installed them all correctly because when I do it it works fine. The Buenolights 2 and Emerglights3 have the wrong numbers at the end but should still replace the ones in the YTD with the similar name if that makes since.

You will see a file type called a YTD, once you open it in OpenIV you will see alot of different pictures. One will be named vehicle_sign_1 or something like that. Replace it with the texture you want -
Why u bully me : ( Just kidding I will put some screen shots in of the vic and the tahoe is just being special which I am working on to fix its issues. I will most likely have a caprice released on that update as well.

I had panned to have one inside the original but I could not find a stable and good FPIS model to use but I have found one so I will have it added upon the next update
