Probably a bug with synchronization, and GTA thought it'd be easier to remove it, rather than to fix it.

Viruses are very easy to make undetectable for almost any anti-virus program - so you can't always trust what it tells you, but it seems clean though.

Instead of messing with the config file, you can use the menu and setup everything like you want it - then save the settings to the ini - much easier imo.

A unknown tester gave the installer to his friend, and the friend released a work-around for the security systems - a better system have been set in place since then, though.

yes you do !!!! In my experience, TrafficFlow is the best solution. And please, in the future - refrain from using all caps, and cut down on the !s.

Should run pretty stable if you just mod a couple of cars that doesn't spawn much, and use ELSv5.

All 'bosses' was easy, imo. Probably should've changed difficulty lol

You probably can, I got 200 fps with a GTX 460. Don't expect everything to be on higest, though.
