Hi! I may can confirm that its probably Xscanner. Your not the only one having the issue. A lot of more players has experiencing issues the past week. I found out that Xscanner is receiving loads and loads of errors, which causes Xscanner having a meltdown and crashing the game. You probably used the scanner for live radio traffic. I just found an website: https://www.broadcastify.com/listen/. It has thousands of live radio traffic across the US.

Unfortunately Xscanner dont really work anymore. Its outdated and lots of crashes. I placed my crash log in Gemini so it can search for the cause of the crash, and 4 out of 5 times it was Xscanner. The script is getting a overload of errors and at some point its getting a meltdown and crashed the game. I did use it for radio traffic. If your looking for one: I have found a website. You can open it in Steam overlay webbrowser or just Chrome: https://www.broadcastify.com/listen/. Its an amazing website with thousands of live broadcasts/radio traffic across the US.

I know I´m late to the party. However, I recently found this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/lspdfr-xml-jurisdictions-versions It changes everything to the right juristiction, LSDPFR as wel as Ultimate backup.

Can you send a screenshot of you ELS file? Maybe there is an issue in there. If you have OpenIV, deinstalling and reinstalling the ASI loader can help. Had an issue myself a couple of days ago, and reinstalling the ASI loaders worked for me. -
Holy shit! Great job man, one of the best packs I've ever seen. Handling is phenomenal. As a RAM fan myself, I've also been searching for a good RAM police car mod for awhile, and I finally found it! The handling, holy shit that's amazing. Also, I love how the ELS files are almost set up like I always set up manually! I might sound overhyped, but when I come across a amazing mod, I want to give credits to the maker. Great job man, keep up the good work!

Hey man, I believe it's safe. It's working for me now. What I did, just put a virus scanner on it. with this site: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload, you can scan individual files to see if it's safe. If it says it's safe, then it's fine to unpack. You can always run a extra scan afterwards. -
It's working. My Windows security was not wrong, there was a Trojan Virus, but not in your file. there was an hidden file in my browser wanting to be downloaded with every other file I wanted to download. (Hope you still understand). I did a full scan on your file, that's when a hidden file was found in your file. (I found a couple of other files the same like the one I unknownly downloaded it. Turned out I accidentally downloaded something before). I downloaded your mod again and this time it worked fine). After deleting that file, and after a full scan of my computer, everything was working fine again. Sorry for being paranoid hahaha. I will come back to leave a review!

It was working fine before, it happened when unpacking it, that's when windows security was going crazy and started to quarantine the files. But I will look into it after work! I was looking for a Tahoe for a while, so I hope I can fix it hahaha.

Yeah I know, it's strange. All other files I download is working fine. My virus scanner is saying that there is a Trojan virus, trojan:script/wacatac.b!ml, in the file. So I don't know what's going wrong. I'm going to look into it after work.

It's on your end. My Google Chrome, 7ZIP, Windows Defender are saying it's safe. Hey man, just tries this mod, and I find it already amazing! I do have some features to try out like inviting someone over or going to a bar. But I'm already hyped! Can't wait to play a little longer. Quick question: everytime you load into game, do you need to type forceduty in f4? Or is it only required when starting in up for the first time.- 662 comments

Okay okay, I'm sold! I will try this this weekend! My lord, this sounds amazing. No more 'fake' roleplaying when off duty hahaha. Is there a feature where you can go grocery shopping, or in the weekends helping a family/friend with a renovation or something? Can't wait to try this out!

Hey man, You can change it in the ELS file. Search the line <LstgActivationType>auto</LstgActivationType> and change auto to manuel. However, if the car is not made for 3 stages, the first to stages will not work.

(Red Item) - A hidden box with pictures and/or video recorder with child pornography. (Red Item) - A hidden box with stolen jewellery. (Red Item) - A hidden box with possibly stolen jewellery. (Yelow Item) - A bottle with piss in it. (Green Item) - A mattress indicating person is living in car. (Green Item) - Cables underneat steering wheel are lose and broken, indicaten car might be stolen but not (yet) reported. It is up to you to decide let him go or take him and the car in for for further investigation. (Yellow Item) - Trunk full of weapons with number scratched indicating illegal weapon dealer or stolen weapons. (Red Items) Just some suggestions! Keep up the good work! -

Thanks for the offer mate! I already checked the outdated plug-ins, the once you see are still working fine. If there is an for it, I updated it and I deleted the ones causing crashes.

Hello, I decided to play GTAV and LSPFR again, after a break of almost a year. Every script I got installed I reinstalled or updated. From ScripthookV(dotNet) to call outs, every 'custom' file in it I reinstalled. After fixing some other errors caused by some plugins, I stumbled across this one big crash. I haven't figured out what the problem is, searched every where on the internet and read a lots of forums. But haven't found a solutions that worked. That's why I'm here! I hope someone can help me find the solution, I was so hyped to play again, but right now i'm frustated.
