I don't have any car mods. Changing the graphics settings doesn't do anything

the problem is getting worse and worse

Ram is fine, normal game works perfectly, and i have an alien-ware, with 4 gb's, no chance of that

OK, now i have a new issue. When i am playing, sometimes the road and buildings will disappear. I seem to be able to fix it by minimizing the program, and then expanding, but it is a pain to do. OK, so i installed LCPDFR and at first it worked. Then all of a sudden it crashed. I have a legal copy of EFLC the current LCPDFR. I have tried running the game over and over. It stillcrashes. I even re-installed the game.
