    I am requesting to see if anyone can make a "South Wales" pack - this can be ped models, vehicle models or textures. primarily focusing on the Police aspect, Welsh Ambulance Service & Fire Service are also appreciated.

    If your using ELS, open the INI and change ELSTrafCtrlOn to false. that fixed my problem.

    I once got 71 on a 65.. look at the higher speed limited areas, it helps.
