I don't get lights to work for my ELS cars. So I started downloading non ELS cars. I need to place the car files in the vehicles.img folder. Can anyone tell me where I can find the vehicles.img folder? Thank you!

There are no lights flashing. They won't turn on. Only the tail lights flash when I turn on my siren.

Got everything to work. Awesome game! Thanks for all the support. Got another question though. I am trying to install my first ELS police car. I followed the instruction videos and I can choose the new police car. However I don't get the lights to work. I've downloaded ELS, I put the 3 car files in the right folder using OpenIV. Then the xml file I put in the ELS>default_path folder.... But this doesn't seem to work. Thanks in advance for the help!

He f*cked up. In 2013 he tweeted that a president needs approval of congress for such a strike...now he is doing the same thing without approval. Unconstitutional. But even if this was a good thing...why is it always the US that has to do something? Why never hold back and let other countries take action.
