Trp. Keaton got a reaction from IPengu14 for a file, Florida Highway PatrolHello everyone! Wow, finally updating the description on this pack is hard to do, because mostly I don't know what to put anymore. I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made.
Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years, and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can.
I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it, and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!
I have big plans for the future of car development, including canceling old projects that I was going to work on, and only focusing on fresh new stuff, things I have never worked on before, I hope to see everyone on my next release! < Also is you want to learn more about this, you can join my discord, and I have it listed in there!
I recommend using @Skys Development pack as well. They both pair great together!

Trp. Keaton got a reaction from timmycox for a file, [ELS] Illinois State Police Pack [DLC/REPLACE]*UPDATE 7.0 IN PROGRESS*
ISP Update 7.0, the best update coming to this pack!
Starting from 7.0 and on, new updates will be coming to this pack to fix lighting, and add new lighting, new vehicles
updated interiors', and so on.
ISP 7.0's DLC archive has been rebuilt to support HYBRID vehicles with more realistic true to life lighting patterns ISP actually uses on this pack. I would like to personaly thank everyone who uses this pack, and enjoys it, while also providing feedback!
THANKS FOR 20,000!!!! I CANT WAIT TO SHOW YOU GUYS WHAT I HAVE INSTORE FOR THIS UPDATE!!!
Hello everyone, back again with another rebuild.
I have decided to rebuild this pack, as it was my first ever and need some serious work, just like my CPD that I rebuilt.
This is by far the largest pack I have ever worked on at 44 cars. There were plans for 50 buut some cars were scrapped along the way. As far as I know of this is the largest DLC/REPLACE pack you can download on the website. If I am wrong let me know in the comments, with a link to it. But anyways enough of that.
This pack contains ALOT of fixes that were much needed for this pack, including broken lights, wrong lighting and spotlights.
This pack now contains proper lighting ISP uses on there cars (that D-15 uses on there cars)
All skins have been remade to include proper decals, and colours for them
All license plates have been remade to be more lifelike
Most all of the cars contains a I-Pass transponder
Some of the cars have Admin skins or All black skins, which I think look nice
Mostly all of the cars contain at lease 2 to 4 different variations of the same car but all with different lighting, or wheel styles
Some of the cars with the new legacy bar have proper lighting pattern with steadyburns in the bar
Most cars now have at least one steady burn red light (so it will not flash, please don't report as it is not broken)
And some much more added to these cars including handling lines have all been redone.
As for using these cars in FiveM (as long as you ask). The steadyburn lights and strobe lights on some cars may not work. There is nothing I can do about this, as I do not provide support for FiveM.
IF there are any issues with the cars, please report them in my discord, or if you want to come hang out with some awesome people, or see my new work coming to lcpdfr, you can join today, or join from my website *link in my profile*, or if you would like to vote/suggest on a department I should make in the future, you can also do that on my discord as well.

Trp. Keaton got a reaction from NUV3X for a file, Chicago Police*UPDATE 5.0 IN PROGRESS*
CPD Update 5.0 is finally happening! I also want to take this time to let you know that this pack will actually be converted to DLS, with a Non-ELS but with ELS functionality. Building this pack with DLC, will make it WAY more realistic than I can ever get it with ELS or Hybrid. At this current time with the current release of 3.2, and the current version of the beta release, you do not need DLS at this time. A notice will be placed with the pack will be converted to DLS. If you want to beta test the new version of CPD, you will need to have DLS installed, which works alongside with ELS, and will not have to remove ELS to use DLS
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 20,000 DOWNLOADS!!!!
Here we are, finally, this pack is the way I had wanted it since I released it.
Few know why this rebuild became and thing, and little know why it was released so early, but I finally present to you, my Chicago police pack, to be as realistic, as possible, down to the lighting patterns, but enough of that. Not only does this pack contain some amazing lighting, and what not but it also contains some special features, that I personally have never seen done before, on the lcpdfr website.
On major key feature, that if you're from Chicago, you will know quite fondly which is self-operating brake lights in the rear lights on the body of the car in SUV's and in the light bars on the Sedans.
To get the brake lights to work actually took a bit of time, and while they are not perfect, they are to me and look absolutely amazing.
I originally released this early short of car's because my SSD, that help the files became corrupted, and when I did recover my files, I could no longer work on them, so this was very much needed to be done to this pack.
Some issues from the last pack that are no longer present in this pack and were fixed, is the interior on the 2020 FPIU was jacked up, and so that has been fixed, and all the spotlights are in perfect working order.
I'm going to stop rambling, and let you guys enjoy this pack, and all the work that was put into it.
If you would like to join my discord, and see my new mods in development, or what to come hang out join my discord

I recommend everyone download this mod, it goes great with the pack, and @Pavy was nice enough to take his time and make this, it sure does go a long way and makes this pack even better that now you can see what your driving before you even spawn it!
Do be warned though, some images may not reflect changes made to cars since this pack is still currently in the beta stages.

Trp. Keaton got a reaction from godfather48751 for a file, [ELS] Toronto Police Service [DLC]Hello everyone, today I am releasing my TPS pack, after a while in development
I want to state that this pack will only be available for download in a DLC form, as the lightbar used only works in once replace slot, so In order to have all the cars in working order, it is only DLC. Now I can't stop you from taking the cars out of the DLC archive and putting them in the replace files, but all I am going to say is that it may not work.
This pack here is not a large as I thought it was going to be, but it is still an ok size, and has a good amount of cars to choose from. This pack Contains both marked and Slicktop/Unmarked variants, and a few supervisor cars. Now when I started working on this pack, it was just intended to be released once completed, but as with my RCMP NS back that I am rebuilding, this pack is now a memorial pack to honour the life of a TPS officer who was killed in the line of duty.
Const. Jeffrey Northrup was killed in the line of duty on Friday, July 2, 2021 just a day after Canada day in a parking garage in Toronto's City Hall, so I am dedicating this releases to honour him, and the men and women of the Toronto Police Service

Trp. Keaton got a reaction from TheCanadianDream for a file, [ELS] Chicago Fire Dept. Ambulance 39Hey everybody!
This is just a update to the ambulance. I am still thinking about making it into a full blown Chicago Rescue pack, but that's still on the backboard. For now enjoy this updated ambulance with a new texture and better lighting!

Trp. Keaton got a reaction from Officer Here for a file, [ELS] Miami Police [DLC/REPLACE]Welcome to the download for the Miami Police Pack. This took a while to do since I was busy with a lot of things, including reworking my website, and working on other packs, including Ottawa Police Service, and Ontario Provincial Police, but this will look amazing with my FHP pack, or someone else's, and also my Miami-Dade pack, to really give you that full Miami, Florida fell in GTA
Now while this is not a large pack, so it does offer and good number of cars, including variations of the same cars, such as different lightbars, and what not.
I hope everyone enjoys this pack, and have fun patrolling

Trp. Keaton got a reaction from Unamedking for a file, [ELS] Miami-Dade Police [DLC/REPLACE]Hello everyone, back once again with anotha pack. Today and honestly quite early in the morning, I am releasing my Miami-Dade pack to this wonderful community. Now I have never personally been to Miami or Dade county, but I have been to Florida probably like a million times, and I just love Florida in general. But Here is my version of Miami-Dade and while I did my best with what I had researched, I still think this pack looks absolutely amazing.
There are 20 cars included in this pack, including a retro style 2018 Dodge Charger, which I think looks stunning. There are a few other cool cars in here too including a CSI van (since I couldn't get a truck), A bomb Sqaud truck, a Ford Fusion, and a Durango.
WARNING
With some of the cars I mentioned above such as the Fusion, Durango, and ESU Truck, These vehicles, are extremely high poly, Now while I did my best to try and reduce them a bit, they are still up there, so I am going to state do NOT use these car's if you are on a low end computer system. Furthermore, I am NOT responsible for any damage done to your system or game by using those cars. Now I am not saying they will do anything bad, as I can use them perfectly fine, not everyone has a top of the line fucking mega computer to play LSPDFR. This is both for DLC and REPLACE files.
I would also like to give a very special thanks to @Reddingtonfor help making an all blue light variant for the pack, that is included in the download for both DLC and REPLACE files.
OK with that out of the way, I hope everyone enjoy's these cars, as you know alot of work was put into them, and they turned out fantastic, but as I stated earlier, I have very limited knowledge of Miami-Dade so I did the best I could with everything.
If you find any problem please report them in my discord, or if you want to come and hang out, see upcoming projects, talk to friendly people, need help with GTA or other mods, any and all are welcome to come join the party. You can also make department suggestions, and vote on a poll every month, I also take commissions between pack as well. You can join from my website or by the link below!
