Found the problem why the amber light is off when on stage 3

It's Crown Vic Arjent lightbar. I decided to change the model to a different one with amber, easier that way.. Still wondering how to change the ELS setup to show amber on stage 3 on the other model that I have

It is using emissive and I changed the texture but nothing has changed

I'm trying to figure out how to change some of the light color on the lightbar but I'm not sure It's even possible. I know that it's possible to change to all blue or all red but I want to have red,blue AND amber flashing on the back of the lightbar. On one model that I have there's no amber at all on the lightbar and the second model the amber flashes just on stage 1 and 2 but no stage 3. Is it something that just the model creator can do? Thanks!

"Policesco" has very high quality cars! Good choice! I'm using 2017 CHP cars by "Thehurk" (love his work!) for city, HP and county, with LAPD, LASD livery on them. I don't like the LAPD lightbar (looks weird), and with this pack I have nice lightbar with amber lights and good quality cars. Only wish I could add hubcaps for the CVPI and take off the rambar. Other than that I'm using 2014 charger by "Gump" and changed the lights to blue and red with LAPD livery (looks awesome with hubcaps and rambar!). http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/15646-els-2014-bowmansc-police-dodge-charger/ My FBI slots are Policesco's cars.

If you try to launch gta without Rage, is it crashes too?
