how didnt it work? it some times goes to something saying "slow down your trying to download to fast" or someshit, just make an account and it wont do that

i got noose cars moded and my game dont crash when i call for them but i am using rc2 if that makes a difference ahh sorry if you use ALT+N it shouldnt crash this is with RC2 though also im not sure if its the same with other versions

GTA 4 and PPM stands for police pursuit mod, i heard u could type it if you get bored of lcpdfr so i tryed it out and it was anything but a police pursuit mod

for some reason on lcpdfr .95 rc2 when i type ppm in lcpd data base every body starts shooting police with rpg's and assalt rifle's, iv looked around and couldnt find anything el's about this any idea's lol?
