    oh yes nah i used photoshop and paint.net im also working on the next version right now . Also this is still work in progress

    yeah thats just a custom thing i added i based most of it from the LAPD skin but i added my own custom thing to it and its still in the wroks meaning i can change it if people dont like it and its the same thing with the font

    Hey guys this is my first skin ever i would appreciate if you followed me and feel free to leave comments and suggestions and improvements. To have this skin optimised you need to download and install the CVPI by legionarius, Thanks and have a safe patrol

    i installed the .oiv file and when i go in game it dosnt propely work i use emergency lighting system and thye only work when i press j 3 times and i press again and i turn off why it only affects these cars every other car is fine

    its good but only the final stage lights work (only works when i press j three times) and then they turn off any idea why?
