i installed the .oiv file and when i go in game it dosnt propely work i use emergency lighting system and thye only work when i press j 3 times and i press again and i turn off why it only affects these cars every other car is fine

Capt14 cars are ELS style not ELS cars.

I am having a weird issue where the vehicles installed, they work and look fantastic but whenever the lights are on the ram bar and spot light keeps flashing aswell. its there and then its gone. Any ideas on what to do?
