    Great idea. Good concept. Not the greatest execution for the highway patrol. Few things can be added to improve everything. Four stars from me: - Nice design. I like the side stipe with "HEAT" on it. - Much better fonts than most new texture developers use. - I personally don't like it but I won't take a star off because my opinion doesn't matter lol. The "HIGHWAY PATROL" on the rear doors kind of ruins the look not gonna lie. Maybe play around with different places on different doors - Add highway patrol, police, sheriff or something to the back of the car on the trunk since it looks awkward with HEAT on the bottom and a big plaincolor in between the lights. - Add a unit number or something for the top side of the car. Overall, add a few things and play around with new things. Pretty good for someone getting into the car world. And for the future, don't be discouraged if no one leaves reviews or comments, no one downloads or likes, everyone had that at some point. Keep going, play with new things even if someone doesn't like it. Practice makes perfect
