But then all the lights will activate on stage 1-2 - if the vehicle is fully Non-ELS - and not cut off until you pressed the button 2-3 additional times -
Non-ELS vehicle's lighting won't activate on stage 1-2, only 3. Can't do anything about it, that's just how ELS activates Non-ELS vehicles, so we set the VCF to go straight to stage 3.

Non-ELS lighting only activates on stage 3 when using the ELS script for activation, so that's why I had it set to straight to stage 3 -
