    I am sorry but for now this is the only solution I have. For me it works. I am no modder or coder, telling only the steps that worked for me. I think, if this doesn't work for you only thing you could try is a fresh installation of gta v and first mod to install is RDE (so I did). Otherwise we have to wait for an update. I'm sorry.

    I would recommend both of you to follow the steps with this gameconfig: http://www.lcpdfr.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=84236 and removed 6 Star Response on a new empty mods folder. Had the same problems like you with crashes and police not responding to wanted levels. But installing this gameconfig, removing 6 Star Response from Scripts folder and installing RDE in a new empty mods folder worked.

    I also have installed Federal and Sheriff Pack and it works fine. Is this the path you put the gameconfig in: \mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ ?

    Got problems running GTA V when installed RDE. It crashes on loading screen. I tryed OpenIV Package Installer and also manually install. I installed it in an empty mods folder. ScriptHookV & ScriptHookV.NET also installed. Also tryed alternative gameconfig.xml, but I don't thik it has to do with my memory or other hardware (64GB RAM, GTX 1080 STRIX, i7 7700K CPU). Can anyone help?
