I DELETED THE GAME

I have downloaded this game last night. I wake up this morning and I see my game has been installed. I am looking to add some vehicles to this game. police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, various vehicles. none of the videos that i have watched are helping me. of course they are fucking more then 10 years old. so here is what i am asking. someone who knows what the hell they are doing, can tell me step by step what to do. i can play the game normally but i want to have some vehicles of my own on there and different clothes. somebody please help me out. i am hearing there are issues around so i need to know what i have to download and all that. when this game installed it did not have a mod folder. so which is gay. so please somebody help me out or i will just delete this game period

Ok I have deleted everything and reinstalled it. I have the LCPDFR installed but not sure how to make it work. Then what i need to do is get some police, fire trucks and ambulances. can you help me with this please

ok now i am really pissed off. you told me to go to the link which i did and i installed in using automatic installer. now my GTAIV will not even open. says i have to link my account but i cant remember my old account.

I have the game called Grand Theft Auto IV. I have installed the game but would like to install an emergency response mod where i can be a police and what not. I am totally confused so someone please help me.
