  1. Just as the title says, can I play on the golf course with the MP character in SP from the EUP mod?
  2. No, I knew that people suggest having 2 folders, one vanilla, for MP. I have two, because one is more SP friendly, but still modded. It has nothing to do with what people suggest for having for MP mode. I just didn't know if modded game is safe for playing it through Steam.
  3. Or let me rephrase the question from the topic name. I have 2 folders with GTA V game, one is for LSPDFR and it is heavily modded, another is for regular SP game because I wanted to replay the wholegaim again, but that folder is a little modded as well, it has a few Open IV mods (I'm using MODS folder), it also has rage plugin hook and script hook (although I am not using any scripts lol), and the Open IV installed the asi loader because I needed one asi file mod, one that lets you use MP cars in SP (so that they don't disappear). Now, what I wanted to do now is to not turn the game on through the RPH, but through Steam, normally. I am talking about SP version. I need to do this because this way the R* social club page will show me my stats from my current save, I will see what I have done and what i'm still missing etc. It doesn't do this since I am normally using RPH. Is it safe to just turn the SP this way for a minute to let the save and my RGSC profile synch? Or will I get banned?
  4. So I keep 2 folders of GTAV on my PC - one is for vanilla game and the other is for LSPDFR and all my mods. The modded one unfortunatelly caught a update today. But I have all my files with my previous update in another folder. Which files must I bring from my older version to downgrade my modded version? In other words - which files/directories got updated? Edit: NVM, I think I got it, I just compared the dates of files and a couple needed to be replaced, 2 folders needed to be deleted and that's it. I hope it will work.
  5. Hi. I have my GTAV modded with a lot of mods that would normally break the single player game but I wanted to play GTAV story mode once again. I have a steam version. Can I some way have both Vanilla game folder and LSPDFR/mods game folder? I was thinking about changing my game's folder from the default Grand Theft Auto V to "Grand Theft Auto V LSPDFR", then opening up the STEAM and maybe the game will download as a vanilla version and I will just have to switch the folders' names every time I want to play something else? I don't want to try it because I am scared that steam will mess up my modded game somehow.
  6. I noticed that the latest version lacks 2 lines in the main .ini file for probability of 2 callouts that were there before - speeding and social event. Does it mean they are not going to happen in the game if they are not there? Should we add those 2 lines?
  7. Yes. That was also said for IV. And for SA. But knowing R* they will definatelly make it even better with each game (as that was the case previously).
  8. I can't lie, I am not thrilled about RDR2 coming out. It's not the same as it is always when the GTA is near it's release... I don't feel that thrill, I am not moved, I am not thinking about this game. When I look at the pictures and trailers, sure, it looks awesome, but TBH that's it... I am definatelly pre ordering it because I know R* does awesome games, but I can't help this fact that I don't understyand many people's excitement over this title - I have seen many comments under the last trailer of RDR2 on YT stating "RDR>GTA", etc. And I really don't know why do people think that way. With GTA, current days, etc. you are able to do so much more in the game, the world is more relatable, etc... With RDR it's just yet another video game. IDK, what do you think? Are you too not hyped too much about this game? I really feel bland when I think about it :D.
  9. Oh yeah I remember doing this mission and they always said that there may be some "treasures" after the crash but I never knew how to get down there because I never knew how to bring a submarine with me to the Alamo sea. But if that's it and we only get these few crapy things there and there is nothing to see there too, it's a shame and I won't bother with it.
  10. A suggestion: In the ticket menu, make the box for "nottice to appear" unticked by default as most of the things that a police officer gives a ticket for don't need people to go to court. Unless we can do it somehow by ourselves but I didn't see this option anywhere. I always forget to uncheck it before creating a ticket.
  11. The mod's main functions like arresting/stopping peds doesn't work properly. That;s what they should work on, so that we shouldn't have to have scripts for such little things. EUP was already more than enough. The whole customization ability sounds complicated and i will never use it, I like playing lore friendly, and GTA V already knows which department should patrol which areas and show up when we call for backup. No need to change it all up. That thing about outfit customization sounds too complicated and unnecesary. I bet that having many custom characters will slow the game down too. At the very least 5 fps. Which for some people make difference. Either way I bet we will be able to not use the update, as other plugins will most likely get updated as well and will work only with v 0.4, which saddens me.
  12. Meh. Really. I just hope this version is easy to update with all the mods that I have. I am not crazy about the new features TBH.
  13. Hi! A simple question - can you just simply edit the map of GTA V and be able to just deleted spawn points of vehicles and/or peds? I RP a lot and I would like some peds and vehicles near some houses to not appear due to not being compatible with my RP. Is there like some sort of map editor to do so? Or can we do it by editing some files?
  14. I got this game on the release day for X360 and have been playing it since. I have traveled through whole San Andreas map or at least so I thought. I knew that there were a lot of cool areas in GTA 5 that were completely not utilized for the mission purposes (and I'm counting in all the side missions, colectibles, etc.) that you just had to find out about by yourself, like the beautiful mount gordo hidden lake (and it's whole area): Either way, today I have found this little area, and I'm talking about this tiny ground road and the close area: I don't know how, I just have never seen this tiny part before :D. And as I said I love exploring, I have used bicycle in GTA5 to explore for the longest time and this game still amazes me. I bet there are still some tiny paths/ roads that I have never stepped my foot on in this game before.
  15. Oh okay, thanks. So I guess it's the easiest to just install them from scratch for me LOL.
  16. How do I know which mods are installed into uprade.rpf. Some have installers so I dont know what files they add and where.
  17. I have a simple question - how do you make the mods folder work for your GTA5 after the game updates? Is there even any way? Because I would always just get rid of it and install all the mods again. I could do this because I used to have not so many Open IV mods but recently I installed a whole bunch of them. Doing this every time I update the game would be tedious. So - is there any way to make it work after update?
  18. I hope so but seeing how we are 3 years after the game release and there's still no mod for this, I doubt there ever will be one :(.
  19. It struck me today that the engine's sounds of our vehicles as well as those vehicles around us are not loud enough. Would it be possible for someone to make a mod that would make them louder?
  20. I came up with an idea today because I have noticed that the vehicles in GTA V are in 80% black, 10% silver, 5% white, 2 % red and the rest 3% are other colors. It's so annoying. Is there anyone who can create a mod to add more variety (in a realistic way of course, not make a litteral rainbow on the streets with cars) in colors? Edit: I actually have found one mod which has this as one of it's options: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/world-of-variety
  21. Hello, I have a quick question - can we somehow change the helmet our EUP character uses when he gets on the bike. I mean, the regular, civilian helmets, not anything police-related, can we choose regular helmets? Because every time my dude gets on a motorcycle he wears this ugly helmet for cross bikes, and I want that regular, round helmet with the visor.
  22. Yeah I hate it how it makes a brand new car look like it's from 90s :/ (paint-job wise). Thanks for the tip, it's actually very helpful.
  23. It pisses me off how cars in GTA V get dirty very quickly if you drive them fast even on regular roads. If you have some great, fast sport car and you just dive it fast through los santos, after just a couple minutes it will get 100% dirty from 100% clean car, JUST because you were driving fast. Is there a possibility that someone could create a small mod, that would make cars get dirty slower? Just slow down the process of cars getting dirty when they are driving fast because it's annoying.
  24. Hi. I can play LSPDFR with a clean vehicle for a long time, it will get dirty in like a litteral hour, BUT that's the case only if I drive slowly. If I hit the pedal to the metal 3-5 times, the car gets dirty as crazy. That's the case for ANY car, but the quick cars get dirty even faster. Is there a modification to slow it down? I am tired of having to F4->"Wash" my Coil Raiden every 5 minutes!!!
