This is a modification that allows you to change any of the supported vehicles' emergency lighting from red and blue to all blue by simply Drag and Dropping a ytd file in openiv. If there is a model that you want with all blue lights, let me know and i'll add it.

These are Polo shirts I made for Breast Cancer Awareness month. I figured I'd share them with the community. 
 
MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP THE DEFAULT POLO SHIRTS BEFORE YOU ADD THESE SO YOU CAN GO BACK TO THE DEFAULT SHIRTS WHEN YOU ARE DONE WITH THESE!

I live in Mississippi and decided I wanted the highway patrol textures in my game, so I made them and decided to share them. I may decide to expand the pack depending on how the community receives these.

The idea of this pack came from the Willoughby Ohio Police Department but it IS NOT made to completely replicate it, I just liked the overall scheme of them.
