Lieutenant Roger P. Fleming of Prince George's County Police Department was killed in the line of duty during a vehicle pursuit on the 27th day in October of 1992. He left a wife and two daughters. He was a friend, a husband, a father, and my cousin. I just wanted to share his life with this community. I wish more people could have gotten to know him. He was such a good man. I wish I could have really gotten to know him. Roger your legacy will forever be carried with me as I pursue the family business.
