  21. Weird System Problems?

    I have been playing GTA and I haven't had any problems with anything. Now I have noticed that I haven't been close to pushing my graphics card. I was using 374mb out of the 745md or so that I could be using. But if I go anything above 450mb it starts to get very low FPS. Does anyone know why this is? Or what I can do to fix this?
