  1. Best Non-ELS SA vehicle pack?

    I'm having to completely restart my mods folder and I'm looking for a replacement vehicle pack that covers all departments (LSPD, BCSO, SAHP, FIB/SWAT). Ideally non-ELS so I can also use Dispatchworks and Siren Mastery alongside them. Any suggestions? TIA
