I just recently got a Westerly RI Police Skin and I was looking up videos of a crown victoria and I don't know what lightbar it is in the video below. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zfuj2mDaxtg Any help for be appreciated I like having realistic models to go with the realistic skins.

An APU stands for Accelerated Processing unit which is just AMD's way of saying CPU and GPU together. Basically a it's like integrated graphics except it's on the CPU instead of the motherboard. Your CPU is an APU which automatically means it has a GPU with your CPU you can't debate if it's a APU it has a GPU connected to the CPU. Not debatable. That's what an APU is.

It's your CPU that 1.3GHz Dual Core is way below what they recommend they want at least a 1.8 GHz Dual Core. Anyone wanting to know his GPU it's a 1 GB Radeon HD graphics it's integrated into his CPU his CPU is an APU. He needs to upgrade entirely.

I don't have it saved anywhere I use SparkIV it did not do this before and I installed it the same way I did when it did work and I did not modify the handling or anything and just found out that any car MADE for the polpatriot crashes to and does not spawn via lcpdfr even when I replace with a different car like the police stockade

Well every time I mod the noose patriot with any vehicle mod the crashes when they are in my presents like when I spawn it via native trainer game crashes and when trying to select it from lcpdfr it just wont load and my guy is just stuck there and the noose patriot is not spawning into the game but I'm really just want to fix the crash when it is in my presents in game

I see that but which do I change to make it blue I only see Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = 0 Color_Light2L = 0 Color_Light3R = 0 Color_Light4R = 0 Color_Light7L = 3 Color_Light8C = 3 Color_Light9R = 3 Offst_SLights = 3 for all cars but I don't know which Light is blue

I have cars that use all blue lights only and I don't like how the area flashes red so is there a way to make it flash just blue or red and blue I think it has to do with ELS right? Thanks in advance.

You should get a custom visual settings.dat instead like download the LAPD Package based on Southland and the creator as a custom visual settings in their that is actually good and fixes this but this is not a bug it is because the visiualsettings were edited to make lights like that stand out I guesse btw you do not need those cars in the pack either just take the visualsettings.dat. A 7750 is good enough for GTA IV really guys it is not on the low end or anything it is about average but will play GTA IV on Max a HD 7450 would be low end but not the 7750. Do not spend your money on a new graphics card because it is fine.

No I'm saying I can replace those but I can't replace the police 1 & 2 cars

I have GTA IV Episodes From Liberty City and not GTA IV. I am trying to install vehicle mods for police 1 & 2 but when I go to install them Spark IV always says can't find those files police 1 and 2. Police 1 is the police cruiser and 2 is police patrol. When I searched for Police in sparkIv it shows me police 3 & 4,police bikes which are the extra police vehicles for EFLC. So I can mod those cars. But I would like to have multiple car mods instead of just modding those 2 cars every time. I have spark IV for EFLC. What I found out is when I install EFLC in the programs files there a EFLC Fodler and a GTA IV Folder. I put sparkIV for gta IV in the IV fodler and the EFLC sparkIV in the EFLC folder so I tried the vehicle.img that is in the GTA IV fodler and it has police 1 and 2 but in game I still have the default police cruiser and police patrol. I very new to modding GTA IV been stuck with GTA SA.

Yes I have final found the pack it is the Los Angeles Emergency Services Pack 2.0 it has the slicktop that I want I found it here

I know I have seen lots of videos on youtube with the right slicktop that I want but some have no links and others have links but there from the old gtapolicemods which is what people are saying and when I click on them they only bring me to the home page. I don't know I just don't like the generic lighting slicktop it just don't fell right and I do have a umarked dodge charger that has the same lighting settup but it is a dodge charger

Does anyone know where I can find a LAPD Slicktop Crown Vic with the Real lighting system. Like the yellow and blue lights in the back and the blue and red in the front with the red one not moving while ELS is enable I have found these but none with the yellow and blue on the back. I know there is one here but the lighting in the back is not real. I have seen the real one. Anyone know where I can get one? Also this is my first post and I am not sure if it belongs here could not find a place where this would be.
