Callouts crash the "LSPD First Response.Dll" our callouts despawning

I Press "X" whenever a callout cancels

Sometimes it disappear when I stop someone on the street, but callouts always disappear.

Now I used another plugin callouts and was to help a truck and when I see the truck disappeared in front of me I can not even do the callouts that already come with lspdfr

i have ScriptHookV installed

I run the rage plugin in admin mode and the following error appears "could not hook process , insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus" my game folder have name "Grand Theft Auto V" My game folder has the name "Grand Theft Auto V", but in regedit it says it was installed in the folder "C: \ Program Files \ Rockstar Games \ Grand Theft Auto V"
