No like I just don’t know how to put the whole car together and put interior lights in because some of the interior lights I download aren’t a .Z3D file so I can’t use them and it’s really confusing

Gta IV won't launch with just lcpdfr installed or any mods for that matter. I'm currently running windows 10 and it still won't work. It will load perfectly with no mods. I cline the launcher and nothing happens. Pls help
