It's probably the best hope for most as of now considering it's our only option. And even then people can do what the guys at Code Zero Gaming do which is basically cops v robbers.

I am no expert on this program but it supposedly will allow modded online interface. It was recently featured in JFavignano's Youtube page and I was hoping this could restart the use of Clans and online patrols.

I am using BXBuggs Radiance V bright setting but at night the lights are so bright that everything else dims out. Is there a fix for this or setting to reduce this effect?

Not sure what I'm missing here but I open EUP via F11 and it says that I have no Emergency Uniforms Installed? It is grayed out with a lock on it. Fix; Reinstalled completely. I want to say that openiv may have moved it.
