1. Do you have the latest version of RPH? 2. Re-install all plugins (Try to remove all plugins, launch plugin free, then install) 3. Try -verify (Open CMD in GTA 5 Directory, use the following command - gtaVLauncher.exe -verify)

Yeh, But I was assuming if he had a high end PC or something that he was gonna like run 2 at one time. Was obviously a stupid assumption by me, continue on.

By mod do you mean like "Hack" modding or LSPDFR modding...You can't get banned for using LSPDFR because it won't even run in online. Post the exact error here. And I believe the reason it won't run is because if you have the steam version, the game is generally located using the following Drive://Program Files (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Grand Theft Auto V If you make a copy the game copy will appear as this Drive://Program Files (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Grand Theft Auto V/COPY COPY isn't recognised by steam, same with it's contents. If you want to make a copy of GTA, install steam on a different hard drive and install GTA there otherwise it won't work.

Send me car files. I'll test them for you and try troubleshoot it. As for now, I can't help you any further without testing them myself

Most likely errors within plugins you have installed due to incompatibility. Try removing all plugins, including LSPDFR, running -verify then re-installing everything.

Re-install ELS. Worked for me when I had that issue. Replace all files. The problem might be that dependencies such as Advancedhook may have been replaced during the installation of other mods.

VCF files are for vehicle textures. If you go to your GTA directory, there should be an ELS folder. Look inside there and with the ELS model you installed it came with an ELS .xml file, you'll need to place that there in order for it to work.
