  1. If you use EUP menu you can change the walk style
  2. I knew absolutely nothing about modding. I bought a laptop off of HP.com because I watched Jeff Favignano play lspdfr and i wanted to play myself. Youll have trouble at first, i corrupted my game at least 3 times, i have reinstalled my entire game about 5 times (and it takes literally a day- sometimes 30 hours to do so). The learning process is not easy. You gotta burn ya hand on the stove before you know not to touch it. Youll understand it. Try finding videos about it, that's how i did it..But for now ill tell you this: go into OpenIV, if you havent already create a mods folder in your GTAV main directory. (Program Files->Rockstar Games->Grand Theft Auto V) Do that from your normal file explorer app on your pc. Then in openiv copy x64e into your mods folder. Then copy the latest patch day into your mods folder, and from there you just copy the vehicle files YFT and YTD into it and place the ELS configuration file in the ELS pack default folder
  3. Has anyone else heard of this new officer roleplay game that they are making? It looks pretty solid, though I doubt they are close to release. http://police1013.com/
  4. I believe it is when you press ctrl+F6 to bring up scene management you may remove them, you press ctrl J to place the barriers. Please post any OTHER questions not regarding to this thread here in the Support & Information section, you will have a higher chance of getting information and relatively faster
  5. OpenIV is not that difficult to learn if you study the files long enough.
  6. Send me a message! I am from the Chicago area as well...
  7. It definitely is possible.
  8. I think it would be very helpful for someone to make a script that would have whatever backup units you call in stay near the location of the callout and search help search the area of the callout, not a multiple unit following mod, just that they stay in the location and help investigate, obviously you can make one of them follow you but itd be nice to have the other stay around as well if you need them, lets say on like a possible intruder or something where you have to get out of your vehicle.
  9. Thanks for the suggestion. -Officer777
  10. You can disable automatic backup in the .ini (configuration settings) of one of the mods. I don't remember which one, it's either LSPDFR + or Traffic Policer. Check the configuration in those. You can also find the setting to change the model of the car that spawns in the configuration settings of LSPDFR +
  11. At this point, there are too many car models to make skins for every single one. There all so many different years and models that it's hard to make a skin for every single one. Most of the skins out there, the big skin packs, are made for the popular guys' vehicles. It's not just time, but the amount of car models that are out right now.
  12. In my personal opinion I would choose make visuals great again, but that's just me.
  13. You can also run them through the interaction menu, pressing N you can also show yourself available for calls or not through it
  14. Ya Asuna, we know you're from Chi-town, as am I, but take it easy on the newbs lol...
  15. Download Make Visuals Great Again, and choose the very bright settings
  16. All of the mods need to be updated again. Please refer to Albo1125's page to keep an eye out for the updates.
  17. Here's a suggestion for any of the mod guys that is interested! The Another Partner Mod we all know and love is pretty great, but what if we could make it a more immersive experience? How about instead of having your partner always following you, your partner may have a squad car of his own, conducting patrol just like you. There could be a couple of squad cars, depending on how large you would like your shift to be. With the jurisdiction mods, you may set the limits of how far your call outs will be, and your units will stay in that area, driving around (the most basic form of patrol suited for the beginning of this mod). You may also chose to add a K9 officer to your shift. Upon requesting an additional unit (choosing steps: Step 1 - 1 Extra Unit..Step 2- 2 Extra Units... Step 3 - 3 extra units...Step 4 - Request K9...and step 5 request all units on your shift) You may choose to limit your backup amount to your officers on shift, disabling the mass spawning of backup units. Your units and their vehicles are persistent and will not de-spawn. If any of your units or their vehicles are to be damaged or destroyed, you may assign a new unit and their vehicle via new shift interface. In the interface you will assign callsigns to your units, or they will be assigned automatically (randomized) You may also choose if you want to enable air support units, and swat units, and also choose the vehicle (for swat units) While not on a callout, you can: Request a unit to your position [No Urgency, CODE 2, and CODE 3](they will follow you if you are in your vehicle by vehicle, and follow you on foot if on foot) You have the ability to choose which unit, by call sign, you would like to request to your location Request (X AMOUNT) of units to your location, [No Urgency, CODE 2, and CODE 3] •With this option the nearest X amount of units will respond While on a callout, you can: Request a unit to your position [No Urgency, CODE 2, and CODE 3](they will follow you if you are in your vehicle by vehicle, and follow you on foot if on foot), and follow you to the callout -OR- Request (x amount) units (the closest unit) to respond to the location of the callout, and they will respond either [No Urgency CODE 2 or 3] and wait for you. If any of your shift units are to die, you simply will have to reload a new officer and vehicle from the interface menu. I think this idea can go very far and I hope some of you can do with this what you will
