Yes, I tried that and I still get the error but if I run GTA via my backup folder which is vanilla I get no issues, am going to try reinstalling everything now.

Hello, whenever I start RPH to run LSPDFR it loads on the social club screen for about 2 minutes then tells me either the social club servers are down, or that I am not connected to the internet. However if I run it without RPH, GTA launches just fine albiet no LSPDFR which defeats the whole purpose. Any idea how to fix this?

I installed a very nice Whelen Cencom siren for els via the oac method. However it's a bit too quiet. Would I fix anything by taking the siren files and amplifying the volume in a different program or no?

Hello, I have been trying to install LCPDFR to GTA IV from steam it was not working until I realized I need to downgrade my game. I tried following some youtube tutorials but it still has not worked. Can I have a concrete answer on how to downgrade without it reverting and being able to install LCPDFR?
