Set AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits to true Wrong log. It's RagePluginHook.log file, in GTAV Main directory, not from the logs folder.

Because your mods folder cause game to crash. Rename it back and make sure you have Gameconfig, HeapAdjuster, Packfile Limit Adjuster. If it didn't help - revert recent installed mods/changes in there if not possible I'd suggest you to start new mods folder.

Because your plugins folder is a mess. Set Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60000 in RagePluginHook settings. And I'd suggest you to Delete: ALPRPlus, ArrestWarrantCallout, AssortedCallouts, belicCallouts, Bribe, Chill Callouts, CodeRedCallouts, Code 3 Callouts, CountyCallouts, CountyCalls (including dlGlobal.dll), Duty Callouts, EmergencyVehicleTheftCallouts, EpicEvents, FederalCallouts, HeliCallouts, HighPriority, APIExample, LSPDFRExpanded, LSPDFRXmlHelper, MiscCallouts, PoliceLifeS, MyCallouts, RichAmbiance, StatusMenu, UniversityCallouts, Wilderness Callouts, WoutersCalloutsV. If crash still presist delete Section136Callouts.

Install ScriptHookVDotNet, nightly version preferably.

It's GTAV related. Because EUP replacing GTA Online cloth so it is mod for GTAV, not for LSPDFR. And your problem is probably because you installed EUP Menu, but not EUP itselft.

Becauses EUP it's not LSPDFR.

It clearly says NOT SUPPORTED. Update your game and move on.
