How did you fix it?

I haven't played or touched LSPDFR and its' files for quite some time. I've been trying to figure out what needs to be updated and stuff, but I can't find what mod is crashing my game. I just need some help figuring out what is crashing my game so I can play it again. I updated a few mods I knew needed updating, but I'm not sure if I need to update more or just need to uninstall something. any help is appreciated. Thanks! RagePluginHook.log

So I recently noticed that whenever I press J to go through the stages of ELS, the click sound is not synced with the button press and it doesn't sound normal. IT was working fine earlier and then I installed a new update for my game driver and it sounds like this now. I also had to reinstall the Rockstar Games Launcher because it broke for some reason. I don't know if the audio for the button clicks are broken because of either of those two reasons or something is messed up in my GTA files. I tried reinstalling ELS all together and nothing worked. I want help with this because it kinda of bothers me that it was working fine earlier. Please leave any suggestions below that may help and have a good day! Thanks!

I know that Accepting a callout is "Y' and Denying one is "N" To decide whether you want a transport unit to get a suspect or not, "Y" is to take the suspect to a station yourself and "N" is to get a transport unit. That's the most I got for now. I can't pull anyone over because "Shift" doesn't do anything for me at least. Si I'm assuming most of these keybinds need to be re-binded or LCPDFR needs to be updated to work with the Complete Edition. I don't know though because I'm new to the LCPDFR stuff. I read somewhere it was ALT + E, but I haven't tested it yet so I can't confirm or deny it.

So whenever I'm playing LCPDFR, it's telling me to use the wrong keys to do certain actions. For example, when I try to detain a suspect, it says to use "," to detain them, but it's really "e". Also when I try to get them transported, it says to use "." but it's really "N" How can I fix this so I don't get confused when trying to play because if everything comes up as "," or "." then it'll be pretty hard to memorize every keybind. Thanks

I think it has something to do with the new LML update and Coastal Callouts. When I disabled Coastal Callouts in the ModManager, my character was visible again.

I figured my issue out. I had to install one of those Gameconfig files to increase the space for addon vehicles and stuff. That's why mine was crashing. Thanks for the help LMS!
