Thanks man that was kinda what i was looking for. @Olanov ok the undercover police over here are unmarked but have POLICE on the back bumper and sides in luminous pink/red, (Yes i know its retarded but is so people can ID it as a police car if they need help) so i was looking for a skin that was black with HIGHWAY PATROL in yellow on the side and maybe the lcpd badge on the rear side where the gas intake is.... I would try it myself but i don't have PhotoShop and i am not paying for it, and i couldn't find a *cough* version of it soo.
