Thank you for your assistance, the .NET Framework was corrupted. It wasn't from a web install though, it was from a standalone one originally. Re-downloaded and reinstalled. Works fine now. I have included a new Diagnostic Log if this shows any clear difference and is able to help anyone else with similar issues. Kindest Regards, Jacob.

Dear LCPDFR Support, I have installed LCPDFR several times now, and have reinstalled GTA IV to be sure nothing in the old install was causing problems. First of all, GTA IV runs perfectly fine without any modifications. My PC can run on max settings, with no issues. I have chosen a medium setting to rule video settings out as the problem. I have the current .NET Framework I have the latest C++ Runtime I have 1.0.7.0 exe. I have the original game disc in my dvd drive. LCPDFR has been installed three times. GTA IV has been reinstalled. I am using dsound asiloader. There are no other modifications installed. I am running Win7, and application loads in admin mode. I have attached a diagnostic tool analysis to assist you. I will be happy to provide any more information you may need.
