2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor - Development Resource
    by Murphy
    ======================================================
I have never been truly satisfied with Crown Victoria modifications for Grand Theft Auto IV and V, so I set out to make a new standard in the modding community.
I present to you, the "new" 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor! A highly accurate and fully functional representation of the car for GTA V!... And it is an open development resource!
Most development resources of the CVPI for GTA IV, GTA V, etc, are pretty good; however, they are very inconsistent with one another. Whether it be how the lights look, the model quality, the textures, or how the model functions.
This model takes the best from CVPI models, along with brand new components I have worked on, and puts them all into one! - Forming a near photorealistic 2011 CVPI for your use.

This cannot be fixed in the GTA V game engine yet. Rear door cards are not 100% accurate. The upper portion is slightly off. Engine model is not 100% accurate. - May be improved in a future update. Template Is For Visual Studio 13!
Download Visual Studio 13 Community Now!
With this template, you can easily create a .NET script mod for Grand Theft Auto IV!
It took me a large amount of time to finish this template, so please enjoy and be sure to let me know of any errors you find or questions you have!
    How To Use
This template is very easy to use. I will walk you through a list of steps
    1) Extract the RAR in your Visual Studio 13 Projects Folder
    2) Open Visual Studio 13
    3) Click Open Project
    4) Locate The Folder and Open "GTAIVModTemplate"
    5) Simply read the notes at the top of the script and notes I have placed within the script!
    6) If I have a part of the script disabled (It will be green) just remove the "//"

Where Can You Find More Scripts?
Although I haven taken a lot of time adding script you might need and want, if you wish to have more I often post little codes on my Pastebin Site!

Both models use standard cvpi template for F5544's CVPI, Add skins to ytd file by using openiv.
    [Known Issues]
Check out second screen shot and look rear door light.
When you spawn or fix the car(both models).
You will see the small part of siren mesh(led texture when light is on) without siren is on.
Simply, turn your siren and turn it off. I will go away.

Thanks to all modders who gave permission to use and convert parts.
Special thanks to F5544 for answering all my questions!

Here is my second Modification to an existing mod the classic cheetah found here originally converted to GTA IV and edited by Thundersmacker and converted to GTA V by _CP_. Cheetah works as a DLC pack.  Original Civilian Model https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/grotti-cheetah-classic
Gave it that much needed Vice feel and yes I put lights on it this time lol.  Outfitted for LSPDFR Vice use with lights modeled by Ryan Stough (HorsePlay)
Note: Interior isn't perfect but gauges work.  This is a standalone you do not need the civilian model this is the complete Vice Package. Enjoy!!

This is a Vapid Police Interceptor (police3) modified into a civilian version, with removed police equipment, changed wheels and removed liveries.
It is recommend to add this vehicle to eg. mpheist instead of replacing one already present in the game. Refer to instructions found on the internet how to do that.
    The glass works perfectly.
The lines below do not allow for advanced tuning as possible on police3 - there were no means available for me to find the required carvariations.meta line.

    Hi,
This is an opensource release. You can use this car for your models.
This version is to encourage modders to develop good cars. Especially in the level of details.
use several level of details in your mod and separate both files with editing.(police.yft and police_hi.yft). No importing both files in zmod for editing. Because you will lose your L0.

Support the developers and give the proper credits. Cars without the proper credits will get you banned.

Murphy reacted to Yard1 for a file, HVY Insurgent Mapped Default-Style
This is a HVY Insurgent (insurgent2) model, UV-mapped to support liveries and outfitted with similar light setup found on Brute Riot (riot).
This is an added vehicle, not a replacement. Text files compatible with Realism Dispatch Enhanced 1.2 are included. All changes made by me are marked by "ADDED BY HVY INSURGENT MAPPED DEFAULT-STYLE MOD BY YARD1" comment.
If you wish for it to spawn during wanted levels, set it in dispatch.meta to either roadblocks or POLICE_CAR. SWAT_JEEP will spawn empty cars.
Included in the archive are 3 skins - NOOSE TRU, LSPD SWAT and LSSD BEAT. By default, High Quality (4096x4096) liveries are placed in policeinsurgent+hi.ytd (spawning only when player is close) and Standard Quality (2048x2048) in policeinsurgent.ytd - this allows for optimal performance and minimal quality loss. If using High Quality (4096x4096) liveries causes performance problems (it really shouldn't), consider using Standard Quality (2048x2048) versions in policeinsurgent+hi.ytd.
Multiple liveries are supported, up to 8. If you wish to add more, edit carvariations.meta.

Murphy reacted to PieRGud for a file, Dashcam V
Dashcam V is a RageHook plugin that simulates emergency vehicle dashcams used in real life.
Note: An unfortunate downside to the method of centering the camera is that you cannot freely rotate it. In terms of immersion, however, it makes sense because most dashcams do not rotate. In light of this, the dashcam no longer replaces the first person vehicle view, so you can use it whenever you desire.
    Features
    - Grayscale filter: looks like the department's on a tight budget
    - Two layouts: a regular dashcam layout and a remake of Sniper296's IVDashCam layout
    - Remote view: view your vehicle's dashcam while on foot by pressing Ctrl + E or the Left Thumbstick + Left Shoulder
    - Dynamic unit numbers
    - Configurable settings: use the .ini file to adjust the following...
        - Unit number/name
        - Department name/colour/logo
        - Imperial/metric
        - Date format
        - Layout style
        - Remote view controls (both gamepad and keyboard)
        - Grayscale filter
    Installation
    1. Download & install the latest RagePluginHook from http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx if you haven't already.
    2. Pick a folder. If you like the vanilla agencies, pick lore-friendly. Otherwise, pick real agencies.
    3. Drag & drop "DashcamV.dll" and "DashcamV.ini" into the Plugins folder of your GTA V directory.
    4. Using OpenIV, place the logos.ytd in update\update.rpf\x64\textures\script_txds.rpf (use your mods folder if you have it).
Find and open the file "startup.rphs". Once you open the file, start a new line and put the following...
    LoadPlugin "DashcamV.dll"
This will make the modification automatically load when you start the game. If you do not want the modification to automatically load, launch the game and press F4. Once you see a panel, put in what you see above.
    Known Bugs
    - When entering a vehicle that you left on dashcam view, your view will reset

As soon as you arrest someone there will be a chance this person offers you a bribe.
Decide if this amount of money is enough for you and accept or decline the offer.
Release the suspect and you will receive your money, but becareful some suspects will try to flee after you release them.
Hookers will offer you a different bribe 😉
Open the menu to buy weapons or armor with that money.
You can change all keys, chances and the max amount of Money in the Bribe.ini file.
