Not sure how I messed this one up (fatal error)
After more research on my end, I found out it is a windows live error. I found another forum where this issue was addressed and it said to delete the windows live from my control panel/uninstall, so I did, expecting to reinstall windows live at the social club window after game start. Now the game gives me no errors, it just will not start, I can sign into social club and then it does nothing else... wow, I am a rockstar at messing up rockstar games.... so the social club and framework 4 are installed. I have no clue how to fix this one... Not sure how I messed this one up (fatal error)
I have a Steam purchased game copy, I attempted to follow the guidlines for making a new file folder under "Rockstar Games" and I installed LCPDFR correctly. Now, no matter how I attempt to start the game (through my created folder or directly off steam), once I have signed into the social network I get the following Fatal error:XnetStartup Failed error #10093. I always try to run as an administrator, and I have no idea where to go from here. This is my third attempt at a re-install. After a search of the forums, I haven't found anything on this one (though I admit I am about as computer savy as a cinder block). I appreciate your time and help on this forum, and I hope I followed protocol! Simple Question, I hope (Attempting to fix vehicle loads)
Hello everyone, I'm brand new to LCPDR and can't get enough! I have installed some downloaded Police Vehicles, and now when I go on duty, after I've selected the officer and go outside, I end up in a red circle unable to move or do anything. Now I studied the support forum and found the answer was to change the "preloadallmodels=false" to "true". Here's the issue, I have tried changing the script on the notepad file marked "first response", and it tells me I cannot save my changes "access denied". Am I in the wrong place? How do I go about changing that properly? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
