    Hey guys just wondering if you can give me all the control for you new ELS v6 and how do i get steam coz i seen youtube videos that say you need steam to install ELS & LCPDFR please help guys thanks

    hey sorry guys im new to all this but i cant install ELS so if i just keep LCPDFR can i still arrest people and pull them over and will i still have police light 's and siren's and how to i install differnt cars when i pick it or are they all ready installed
