i ran G17 Diagnostic tool and it said "GTA IV: ASI Loader not found" any1 have a link to where i can download it? as soon as i load my game i dont see any textures and one can help??

i have the textures not showing so i use -novblank -norestrictions -frameLimit: 0 -availablevidmem: 2.0 -percentvidmem: 100 -fullspecaudio -noprecache -nomemrestrict that helps the texture but my fps is still low i is there anything i can download to boost my fps

i bought it from bestbuy u buy it online and they give u the game download

ok well now its shows no errors on the Diagnostics tool so i uninstall all my mods?

no i dont have Xlive.dll in my gta folder do i need it?

nope i dont have 1 dsound.dlll and yeah i have a trainer and els and where so i change the siren exactly??

When i call for noose back i get a pop-up saying "grand theft auto IV has stopped working", when i run the G17 IV Diagnostics tool i get 1 error "GTA IV: ASI LOADER not found" but in my main dic. i have asi loader "dsound.dlll" is there another ASI Loader i need for it to work? or are both things have nothing to do with eachother. the error i get is "GTA IV FATAL ERROR: SMPA60" My siren is not working i have els v6 installed but when i press "G" to honk its starts honking and all the sirens go off at the same time if any1 could help with that thanks the error i get "GTA IV FATAL ERROR: SMPA60"

the only thing i need for the 4/4 check marks are ".NET Framework 4: Full Profile" idk what the full profile mean but i downloaded http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718 from breaks forum post but still nothing i downloaded Microsoft .NET Framework 4 but idk if there is anything esle i need to do to get the full profile thing -any help is appreciated
