    1. That is the wrong log you have posted. Its the text file in the Main Directory called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.
    2. Just drag the file in the text box. Dont copy and paste the contents.
    3. Remove QuantV. It is the bad.
    4. Does normal GTA V crash as well? If so, rename mods to _mods and try again.

    No problem. QuantV has been in some drama lately for having risky files. So, either way, its good you removed it.
