  1. CPU or GPU

    I right now have a AMD FX-6300 and a GTX 960. I have MGVA and some callouts installed but my game lags down to like under 40 FPS. I use very high settings for my graphics and average 50 FPS. I'm wondering if it's my CPU or GPU. I'm thinking about upgrading one of the two but I don't know which one I should upgrade. It's either I get a GTX 1060 and over clock my FX-6300 Or just get a FX-8350 and leave the GTX 960 alone. What do you guys think? If I over clock I would try and over clock to 4 ghz
